Dancing in Quicksand - Musings of a Web Man

First Post
This is only going to be a brief first post, but hopefully the first of many, assuming that I can stay motivated to blog a few times a week. Only time will tell!
The intended audience for this blog is friends and family, but if you’re merely passing by on your travels through the Internets, hopefully you’ll find something worth reading amongst my musings.
As most of you reading this will know, my life for the past month has been pretty much consumed with the wonderful, controversial, runaway success that is Vote for Policies. We’ve had over 100,000 surveys completed (as you can see in the screenshot above) since launching just over 3 weeks ago.
It’s been quite a rollercoaster ride, and fairly stressful at points, but I wouldn’t give it up for anything. There’s still just over 3 weeks until the 2010 General Election, and I know there is plenty more exciting stuff to develop and get involved with during that period, so I’m going to be spending as much time as possible (when not doing client work to pay the bills!) getting stuck in.
I think that’s enough for a “brief post”, so I’d better wrap this up. I’ll be blogging about the progress of Vote for Policies, amongst other personal nonsense. Stay tuned ladies and gents.
